Preferred Option: Customer Pickup (Best Pricing)
Lavarama Pickup is designed to offer the best possible pricing through a self-service, pickup model.
Customers receive the lowest prices when orders are picked up directly at our location.
Third-Party Freight / Courier
If the customer prefers shipping:
- Lavarama can release the order to a third-party freight company or courier selected by the customer.

The customer is fully responsible for:
- Selecting the carrier
- Coordinating pickup

All shipping costs
Lavarama:
- Will prepare the order for pickup
- Will not be responsible for shipping, handling, or damages once the order is transferred to the carrier
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the order is handed to the freight provider.
Free Shipping (Large Orders Only)
Lavarama may offer free shipping on qualifying orders of $5,000 USD or more, subject to the following conditions:
- Orders will be shipped directly from Mexico
- Minimum order reflects full trailer logistics efficiency
- Shipment may be delivered as part of a scheduled route or consolidated delivery
This applies because:
- $5,000 USD is the minimum order size that justifies an additional stop from a full trailer load
Delivery Conditions for Free Shipping
- Delivery timing is subject to logistics scheduling
- Customer must be available to receive the order
- Orders must meet minimum volume and operational requirements
Lavarama reserves the right to:
- Confirm eligibility before processing
- Adjust delivery timing based on routing efficiency
Delays & Liability
Lavarama is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by third-party carriers
- Damages occurring after transfer to freight provider
- Delivery issues outside of Lavarama’s direct control
