All merchandise sold through Lavarama Pickup is considered final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once the order has been received and approved by the customer.
Mandatory Inspection at Pickup

Customers are required to inspect all merchandise at the time of pickup.

Lavarama will:

•   Present the order clearly

•   Allow time for verification of:

•   Quantity

•   Product condition

•   Correct items

Customer Acceptance & Sign-Off

Once the customer confirms that the order is correct and in good condition, they must sign the order receipt.

The signature confirms:

•   The order is complete

•   The merchandise is in acceptable condition

•   The customer is fully satisfied
